What is Perpetual Prints?
Perpetual Prints is an online photography store offering high‑quality digital photographs, premium prints, framed artwork, and canvas pieces. Our goal is to provide timeless visuals that you can enjoy on your devices or display in your home.
How will I receive my digital photograph?
Your digital print is delivered instantly via email and download link after purchase. You can download it immediately and save it to your device.
What file format are digital prints?
Most are supplied in high‑resolution JPG or PNG formats. If you need a different format, feel free to reach out.
Can I use the digital print commercially?
Not unless you purchase a commercial licence. All standard purchases are for personal use only.
Are digital downloads refundable?
No — because they can’t be returned once downloaded. If you have issues with your file, we will assist you promptly.
Who produces your physical products?
All physical items are made to order through Printify, a global print‑on‑demand partner working with professional print providers.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Production typically takes:
- Prints: 2–5 business days
- Framed prints: 3–7 business days
- Canvas products: 3–7 business days
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Because different products may be produced by different print providers, they may ship separately. You won’t be charged additional shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Perpetual Prints ships worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time begins after production:
- UK: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues. We monitor all orders and will help resolve delays wherever possible.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for:
- Damaged Items
- Misprints
- Incorrect items delivered
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect Sizes or product choices
- Digital downloads
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 7 days with:
- Photos of the damage
- Your order number
- Photos of packaging (if possible)
We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal (if enabled), and all payment methods supported by Shopify.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours, as production begins quickly.
